Excess Volumes definition

Excess Volumes means all volumes of Crude Petroleum transported by Carrier on behalf of a Shipper during a Contract Month from the Origination Station(s) to the Destination in excess of the Shipper’s “Monthly Contract Volume Commitment.”
Excess Volumes means Actual Shipments in any Accounting Period that are in excess of the product of Shipper’s Committed Volume times the number of days in such Accounting Period.
Excess Volumes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Examples of Excess Volumes in a sentence

  • Annual Xxxxxxx Excess Volumes shall be used to first reduce the Adjusted Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume in the last Year of the Minimum Volume Period and then once the Adjusted Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume for such Year is completely satisfied from such Annual Xxxxxxx Excess Volumes, any remaining Annual Xxxxxxx Excess Volumes will credited to the Adjusted Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume for the preceding Year or Years.

  • Annual Xxxxxxx Excess Volumes shall be accumulated as a credit to be used to reduce the Adjusted Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume in future Years as provided herein.

  • TLO shall invoice TRMC on a Monthly basis and TRMC shall pay all amounts due (including any Monthly Shortfall Payments, as defined herein, and payments for Excess Volumes) no later than ten (10) calendar days after TRMC's receipt of TLO's invoices.

  • Interruptions of a Committed Firm Shipper’s Excess Volumes and Uncommitted Shipper volumes will be based on the procedures set forth in Rule 31(d)-(h).

  • If (i) Buyer has made a request for Excess Volumes as provided in Article 3.1 and Seller elects not to supply such Excess Volumes or elects to supply only a portion of such Excess Volumes for a Day(s), or (ii) Seller notifies Buyer of its intention to make ratable deliveries as described in Article 2.3 for a Day(s), then Buyer shall be entitled to contract for such additional volumes of Carbon Dioxide on the Day(s) so affected from other sources as Buyer deems necessary, in Buyer’s sole discretion.
