Excess Allocation Series definition

Excess Allocation Series means any Series that, pursuant to the Supplement related to such Series, is entitled to receive certain excess Collections of Finance Charge Receivables as more fully described in such Supplement.
Excess Allocation Series means a Series that, pursuant to the Indenture Supplement therefor, is entitled to receive certain excess Collections of Non-Principal Receivables, as set forth in such Indenture Supplement. If so specified in the Indenture Supplement for a Group of Series, such Series may be an Excess Allocation Series only for the Series in such Group.
Excess Allocation Series means each Series which, under the terms of the related Supplement, is designated as an Excess Allocation Series and which, under the terms of the related Supplement, provides that Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections from that Series will be available for allocation to other Excess Allocation Series.

"Finance Charge Receivables" shall mean all amounts billed to the Obligors on any Account in respect of (i) all Periodic Rate Finance Charges, (ii) Cash Advance Fees, (iii) Annual Membership Fees, (iv) Late Fees, (v) Overlimit Fees, (vi) Returned Check Fees, (vii) Discount Option Receivables, if any, (viii) Miscellaneous Fees and Charges and (ix) any other fees with respect to the Accounts designated by the Transferor at any time and from time to time to be included as Finance Charge Receivables; provided, however, that after the Premium Option Date, Finance Charge Receivables on any Date of Processing thereafter shall mean Finance Charge Receivables as otherwise determined pursuant to this definition minus the amount of Premium Option Receivables. Finance Charge Receivables shall also include (a) the interest portion of Participation Interests as shall be determined pursuant to, and only if so provided in, the applicable Participation Interest Supplement or Series Supplement, (b) Interchange as calculated pursuant to the Supplement for any Series, and (c) payments in respect of Adjustments Payment Shortfalls pursuant to the proviso in the last sentence of subsection 3.9(a). Collections of Finance Charge Receivables shall include (i) the aggregate Recoveries received during any Monthly Period in excess of the aggregate Principal Receivables (other than Ineligible Receivables) which became Defaulted Receivables during such Monthly Period and (ii) investment earnings on amounts on deposit in the Collection Account, Special Funding Account and any Series Account to the extent specified in any Series Supplement. "FIRREA" shall mean the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, as amended. "Fitch" shall mean Fitch IBCA, Inc., or its successors.
Excess Allocation Series means each Series and Note Series designated in the related Supplement or Indenture Supplement to be included in Group One.
