Examinations definition

Examinations. An Examination shall include experience rating tests if such examination shall have been given prior to the effective date of this procedure, but from and after the date of the procedure, shall include only written and/or practical examinations given by a duly constituted Local Union of the I.B.E.W. Reasonable intervals of time for examinations are specified as ninety (90) days. A Journeyman applicant shall be eligible for examination if he has three and one-half (3½) years' experience in the trade.
Examinations mean the tests that meet the depart- ment's criteria to assess an applicant's knowledge and skills to operate a motor vehicle.

Examinations means any examination(s) prepared by CLARB.
