EVI definition
EVI means EV International, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
EVI has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
EVI shall include EVI as defined in the preamble of this Agreement and any member of a controlled group or affiliated service group, as defined in Section 414(b), (c), (m) and (o) of the Code, of which EVI is a member. The EVI Disclosure Letter contains a true and complete list of each material employee benefit plan or arrangement (the "EVI Plans") which are sponsored by, participated in or contributed to by or required to be contributed to by EVI. Except for matters that would not in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect on EVI and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole:

EVI means Energy Ventures, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
