Event definition

Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

Examples of Event in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, refusal of or inability to obtain any such permits and approvals by the Contractor or any of its Sub- contractors or their sub-contractors shall not constitute a Force Majeure Event, and shall not in any manner excuse the Contractor from the performance and discharge it of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, and the Contractor’s liabilities hereunder shall remain unaffected by such failure, refusal or inability.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither Party shall liable to the other for any delay or inability to carry out its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or inability is the result of a Force Majeure Event.


More Definitions of Event

Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(e).
