Evaluation Term definition

Evaluation Term means the period from the Effective Date through the date that is thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
Evaluation Term means the term of the evaluation period approved by Densify for Customer’s evaluation of the Densify Subscription Offering. The default Evaluation Term is fourteen (14) days.
Evaluation Term means, with respect to each Research Program, the time period beginning at the end of the Research Term for such Research Program and ending twenty four (24) months thereafter.

Examples of Evaluation Term in a sentence

  • In the absence of such notification by Licensee, the Evaluation License shall automatically terminate at the end of the Evaluation Term, and Licensee shall return, or, if Licensor so directs, delete and destroy all such Licensed Software and provide Licensor with written confirmation of its compliance with this provision.

  • At any time during the Evaluation Term or upon completion thereof, Licensee may, upon written notification to Licensor and payment of the applicable license fee, replace the Evaluation License with a license to use the Licensed Software that is not restricted to evaluation purposes.

  • Upon expiration of the Evaluation Term, You will cease use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

  • If Licensee has elected to evaluate the VXG Platform, then, subject to the terms of this Agreement, VXG hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, Worldwide, non-transferable and non-sublicensable limited license during the Evaluation Term to Use the Software solely for the purpose of internally assessing the suitability of its capabilities and performance for use in association with Licensee's intended Application.

  • Upon written request from Licensee, Licensor may, in its sole discretion, grant Licensee an extension in writing prior to the expiration of the Evaluation Term.


More Definitions of Evaluation Term

Evaluation Term means, with respect to each Target, the time period beginning at the end of the Research Term for such Target and ending [***] thereafter, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement of the Parties.

Dremio is not obligated to provide maintenance or support or any other professional services under this Agreement. 2.3 A “Node” shall mean a physical or virtual machine that has up to 128 GB of RAM allocated to the Software. If more than 128 GB of RAM is allocated to the Software, the number of Nodes will increase proportionally (e.g. Licensee will purchase two (2) Nodes if Licensee allocates 256 GB of RAM to the Software).
