Evaluation Products has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Evaluation Products means a not-for-resale version of the Products which a Channel Partner and/or End- User may use for demonstration, evaluation, or proof of concept purposes and must be returned to NetAlly after the applicable evaluation has been completed.

Evaluation Products means, the Riverbed products, listed on the Evaluation Confirmation that are provided to Company for evaluation hereunder, including, the Hardware, Software, Cloud Services and all Documentation associated therewith.

Evaluation Products means hardware products, parts and accessories provided to you for the Purpose pursuant to the Agreement. “Evaluation Products” do not include any hardware separately purchased or leased by you and already installed in your vehicles.

Evaluation Products means Evaluation Software and/or Evaluation Services obtained by Customer hereunder.

Evaluation Products means (i) Software released for purposes of testing and evaluation prior to such Software being made commercially available; or (ii) certain Products and related Documentation that MSI elects to make available to End User on a temporary basis for non-commercial use solely for internal evaluation purposes.
