The determination of the EURIBOR Rate by the Administrative Agent shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
All interest computed by reference to the EURIBOR Rate hereunder shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days.
If no Interest Period is specified in any such notice with respect to any conversion to or continuation as a SOFR Loan or EURIBOR Rate Loan, the Borrowers shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.
