EURIBOR Determination Date definition

EURIBOR Determination Date means, for each accrual period, the day that is two Settlement Days before the beginning of that accrual period.
EURIBOR Determination Date means, for each Accrual Period, the day that is two EURIBOR Settlement Days before the beginning of that Accrual Period.

  • If fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate for that EURIBOR Determination Date will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by major banks in the Euro-zone, selected by the Beneficiary, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, on that day for loans in Euros to leading European banks for a three-month period (or, following an Acceleration Event, for a one-month period).

  • If at least two such quotations are provided, the rate for that EURIBOR Determination Date shall be the arithmetic mean of the quotations.
