ETL definition

ETL means Extract, Transform and Load
ETL means Emera Technologies LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Delaware and a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of Emera.
ETL shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
