Nothing in this Agreement, or in Member's use of the ETI name and logo, will give Member any right whatsoever in the ETI name and logo, or in any similar marks, beyond the limited right granted in this Agreement.
All right, interest, title to, and ownership and intellectual property rights in, the ETI name and/or logo and all copies remain with ETI.
