Estimated Price Range definition

Estimated Price Range means the range of the estimated aggregate pro forma market value of the total number of shares of Conversion Stock to be issued in the Offerings, as determined by the Independent Appraiser in accordance with Section 4 hereof.
Estimated Price Range means the range of the estimated aggregate pro forma market value of the total number of shares of Common Stock to be issued in the Stock Issuance, as determined by the Independent Appraiser in accordance with Section 3 hereof.
Estimated Price Range means the range of the estimated aggregate pro forma market value of the total number of shares of Common Stock to be issued in the Offerings, as determined by the Independent Appraiser in accordance with Section 4 hereof.

  • The valuation shall be stated in terms of an Estimated Price Range, the maximum of which shall generally be no more than 15% above the average of the minimum and maximum of such price range and the minimum of which shall generally be no more than 15% below such average.

Estimated Price Range means the range of the minimum and maximum aggregate values determined by the Board of Trustees of the Bank within which the aggregate offering price of Common Stock sold in the Reorganization will fall. The Estimated Price Range will be within the estimated aggregate pro forma market value of the Common Stock, as determined by the Independent Appraiser in accordance with Section 3.04.
