Estatutos refer to the corporate organizational and governance documents of the Company bearing such name under Mexican legal principles as in effect on the date hereof. As provided for in the Control Trust Agreement, references in the Control Trust Agreement to the "Shareholders Agreement" refer to the Shareholders Agreement dated as of March 3, 1995 as in effect on the date hereof. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Exhibit A or the Put-Call Agreement have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Control Trust Agreement.
