Esri means Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., who is the licensor of the Esri Enterprise License Software.  "Incident" means a failure of the Software to operate according to the Documentation where such failure substantially impacts operational or functional performance.  "ELA License Agreement" means License Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement.  "License Agreement" means Master License Agreement signature page (E101), the General License Terms and Conditions (E201), Exhibit 1, Scope of Use (E300).
