ESP Plan definition

ESP Plan means the Employee Share Purchase Plan of the Corporation.

ESP Plan means this Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

• The Board has broad discretion to amend the ESP Plan without seeking the approval of Shareholders, including, without limitation, amendments to the ESP Plan to rectify typographical errors and/or to include clarifying provisions for greater certainty.

• Employee Share Purchase Plan On June 8, 2017, the Corporation's Shareholders approved the Employee Share Purchase Plan (the "ESP Plan").
