ESMS definition

ESMS means an environmental and social management system, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by a PCB for the purposes of the Project and cleared by ADB;
ESMS means an environmental and social management system for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
