Escrow Collateral definition
Escrow Collateral means the “Collateral,” as defined in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Collateral means all of the Borrower’s right, title and interest in and to the Escrow Property, the Escrow Account and the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 6 of the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Collateral means all funds and securities in the Escrow Account and the proceeds thereof.
