ESAP means the Ford Motor Company Executive Separation Allowance Plan, as amended.

ESAP means a plan that describes and prioritizes the actions needed to address any gaps in the ESMPs, the ESMS, or Stakeholder Engagement process documentation to bring the Project in line with applicable standards as defined in the Equator Principles and in accordance with Section 6.15.
