Erf/Erven definition
Erf/Erven means any of the residential Erven depicted on the existing or any future General Plans of Subdivision of the Land whether registered or not in accordance with the Deeds Registries Act No. 47 of 1937 including further subdivisions or consolidations thereof but excluding the Private Areas and Non-residential Erven as defined herein;
Erf/Erven means any Erf created by the subdivision of the Parent Property, as indicated on the SDP, or any amendments thereto, but excluding the Commercial Erven, Institutional Erven and the Communal Property;
Erf/Erven means any Erf created by the subdivision of the Parent Property, as indicated on the MSDP, or any amendments thereto, zoned for residential purposes and accordingly excluding the Communal Property;

Erf/Erven means the erven as depicted on the General Plans of sub-division of the land
Erf/Erven means the erf/erven in the Estate within the Estate, arising from subdivision of the Land, together with, if applicable, the Dwelling(s), buildings and structures erected thereon, and on which is or may be established, inter alia, but not limited to residential Dwellings, as depicted and designated on subdivision plan FP/0522/1045/P1 and on the Site Development Plan;
Erf/Erven means any Erf created by the subdivision of the Parent Property, as indicated on the future SDPs, or any amendments thereto, but excluding the Communal Property;
Erf/Erven means an individual erf or all erven, as required by the context of the Constitution, excluding Erf 16739 Stellenbosch, and erven zoned for “private roads” and “private open spaces”, contained in the development;
Erf/Erven means the individual erven which form part of the Estate(s) and created as a result of the subdivision of the Land, excluding the private open spaces and private streets; and any reference to an “erf” shall have the corresponding meaning;
