Any amendments or additions to this Contract shall be made only in writing signed by both Parties, and are effective only upon approval by the ERE.
Neither Party shall be entitled to assign its rights and obligations under the Contract to a third party without the prior written consent of the other Party, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed, refused or withheld, and with the approval of the ERE.
It may be terminated prior to the termination date specified in this Contract with the approval of the ERE.
This Contract, and the obligations and rights of Buyer and Seller, shall be subject to the provisions of the Market Rules, as approved, and modified from time to time, by the ERE.
The layoff will commence on the day following the last student contract day.
