Equity Proportion definition

Equity Proportion means, in relation to Red or Olive Holdco:
Equity Proportion means the proportion (expressed as a percentage) which the number of Shares held by a Shareholder bears to the total number of issued Shares from time to time.
Equity Proportion means, with respect to any Equity Participant, the percentage set forth next to such Equity Participant’s name on Exhibit B hereto.

Equity Proportion means the number of Holdco Shares to be held by the relevant Investor calculated on a fully diluted basis and expressed in percentage terms as a proportion of the total to be issued share capital of Holdco on a fully diluted basis;
