Equity Pledgor means the Borrower and any Subsidiary of the Borrower (other than a Non-Recourse Subsidiary) holding Equity Interests, either directly or indirectly, in any Guarantor from time to time; provided that in no event shall an individual holding nominal shares (without special or additional rights to those granted to other holders of Equity Interests or preferential rights in such Guarantor) be an Equity Pledgor.
