The Pledgee shall assume the reasonable expenses arising out of the release of the Equity Pledge.
It does not include any security interest subject to the Equity Pledge Agreement.
The Equity Pledge hereunder is a continuous guarantee, with its validity to continue until the full performance of the Contractual Obligations or the full repayment of the Guaranteed Liabilities.
