The Balance in the Account reduced by the current accrued Losses on account of all Positions ("Open Losses") and increased by the current accrued profits on account of all Positions ("Open Profits") (can be represented by the following formula: Equity= Balance + Open Profits – Open Losses).
The Lessee shall deliver the Purchase Notice to the Lessor not less than thirty (30) days prior to such purchase or payment of the Equity Balance.
