Equipment Contract definition

Equipment Contract means any contract to finance or acquire equipment or property for use in connection with the Project Facilities, exclusive of property to be provided pursuant to a Project Construction Contract, whether constituting or characterized as a loan or credit agreement, purchase agreement, financing lease, capital lease, participating lease, license or otherwise.
