EPC Contracts definition

EPC Contracts means, collectively, the Stage 2 EPC Contract, the Stage 3 EPC Contract and the Stage 4 EPC Contract.
EPC Contracts means any agreements entered into between the Owner and the Contractors (including but not limited to the EPC Contractor) for the coordination and/or completion of the engineering, design, construction, start-up, commissioning and testing up to handing over of the Plant, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and including all subcontracts (of whatever tier) thereto.
EPC Contracts means the Vogtle Project and the Summer Project.

  • The amount of the total liabilities of the Group is also expected to increase due to the funding requirements of the consideration of the EPC Contracts.
