-ENTRY CERTIFICATE definition

-ENTRY CERTIFICATE. Any Certificate other than a Book-Entry Certificate.
-ENTRY CERTIFICATE. Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee ownership of which is reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a Person maintaining an account with such Depository (directly or as an indirect participant in accordance with the rules of such Depository).
-ENTRY CERTIFICATE. Any one of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates and Class A-4 Certificates, beneficial ownership and transfers of which shall be evidenced by, and made through, book entries by the Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.01(b).
