ENS definition

ENS means the electronic system or combination of electronic systems that may be approved by the Commission and adopted in Utah. When adopted, the Parties must utilize ENS to submit applications for permission to attach, relocate, or remove Equipment under the terms of this Agreement, and to respond to requests for work to be performed.
ENS means the Office of Endangered and Nongame Species, Department of Natural Resources, Box 7921, Madison, WI 53707.
ENS means the electronic system, or combination of electronic systems designated by Rocky Mountain Power in its sole discretion, Licensee may utilize to submit Applications for permission to attach, relocate, or remove its Equipment, and complete any other notifications as required under the terms of this Agreement.
