Enlargement definition

Enlargement means any change in or addition to an existing dam or reservoir, which raises or may raise the water storage elevation of the water impounded by the dam.
Enlargement means increasing the elevation of the top of an existing dam for the purpose of increasing the elevation of the normal pool level of the impoundment, or increasing the elevation of the top of an existing levee.
Enlargement means an addition to the floor area of an existing building, an increase in size of another structure, or an increase in that portion of a tract of land occupied by an existing use.
