Engineering estimate definition

Engineering estimate means an estimate of energy (kWh) and demand (kW) impact resulting from a demand-side measure based on an engineering calculation procedure. An engineering estimate addresses change in energy use of a building or system resulting from installation of a DSM measure. If multiple DSM measures are installed, an engineering estimate accounts for the interactive effect between the DSM measures.
Engineering estimate means a calculated estimate of the change in energy (kWh) and demand (kW) resulting from a DSM program, accounting for dynamic interactions between or among the DSM programs.
Engineering estimate means a calculated estimate of the change in energy (kWh) and demand (kW) resulting from a demand response program or an energy efficiency program, accounting for dynamic interactions between or among the programs.

Examples of Engineering estimate in a sentence

  • City agrees to hire Consultant as an independent contractor to perform services for City described in the Scope of Services and Engineering estimate, attached as Exhibit A, and by reference made a part of this agreement.
