Enforcement Agent definition

Enforcement Agent means Norfolk County Council or their appointed person to administer such functions on their behalf pursuant to an Agreement under The Local Government Act 2000;
Enforcement Agent has the meaning given in the Taking of Control of Goods Regulations 2013.

Enforcement Agent means an individual entitled to act as an enforcement agent by virtue of section 63(2) of the Act, but it does not include an individual who may so act by virtue of section 63(2)(c);
