Energy usage means the consumption of electricity or natural gas.

Energy usage for the relevant period means Customer’s total metered energy usage for the Account(s) measured in kilowatt hours (“kWh”), subject to increases by Company for Line Losses and any UFE as set forth in this Agreement.

• If the Meter is found to be inaccurate, we will pay the charges for the test and will recalculate Your bills for the period that the Meter was inaccurately recording Your Energy usage.

Energy usage means Customer’s metered energy usage for each Facility measured in kWh, as reported by the Utility for the applicable period or as reasonably estimated by Seller.
