Energy Retail Code definition

Energy Retail Code means the Energy Retail Code Version 11 dated 1 January 2015 produced by the Essential Services Commission Victoria and as amended from time to time;
Energy Retail Code means the Energy Retail Code, as amended or replaced from time to time, made by the Essential Services Commission under section 36 of the Electricity Industry Act.
Energy Retail Code means the code of that name certified determined by the Commission
