Ending Price definition
Ending Price means the average closing price of one share of common stock on the applicable stock exchange during the twenty (20) trading days immediately preceding and including the last day of the Performance Period; provided that, in the case of a Change of Control, the Ending Price for the Company shall be the fair market value of a Share immediately prior to the Change of Control, and the Ending Price for all other companies shall be the average closing price of one share of common stock on the applicable stock exchange during the twenty (20) trading days immediately preceding the date of the Change of Control.
Ending Price means, with respect to any one company, the average closing price of one share of common stock during the first fiscal quarter following completion of the Performance Period.

More Definitions of Ending Price
Ending Price means the average of the closing prices of the shares of the Company or each company in the Index, as applicable, during the thirty (30) consecutive trading days leading up to and including March 6, 2026. In determining the Ending Price for the Company or a company in the Index, the Committee shall make such adjustments as it deems appropriate to reflect stock splits, spin-offs, and similar transactions that occurred during the Performance Period.
Ending Price means the average closing price of a share of common stock for the 30 consecutive trading day period including and prior to the last day of the Performance Period.
