Endangerment definition

Endangerment means the introduction of a substance into groundwater so as to cause the maximum allowable contaminant levels established in the National Primary Drinking Water Standards or the standards contained in the Public Drinking Water Regulations of the Rhode Island Department of Health to be exceeded in the groundwater; or require additional treatment of the groundwater in order not to exceed the maximum contaminant levels established in any promulgated National Primary Drinking Water Standard or the standards contained in the Public Drinking Water Regulations of the Rhode Island Department of Health.
Endangerment means a condition that poses an actual and unreasonable risk to human health and safety arising from actual or threatened exposure to hazardous materials.
Endangerment means an offense described in Section 76-5-112 or 76-5-112.5.
