Encroachments definition

Encroachments means any encroachment, including those encroachments:
Encroachments means any overlaps, boundary line disputes, and any other encroachments with respect to any Real Property adjoining the Mortgaged Property or any easements encumbering the Mortgaged Property.

More Definitions of Encroachments

Encroachments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a) of this Credit Agreement.
