Employee Leasing Agreement definition

Employee Leasing Agreement means a written contract between an employee leasing company and a client under which the employee leasing company provides all or part of the nontem- porary, ongoing employee workforce of the client.

Employee Leasing Agreement means the Employee Leasing Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, to be entered into by and between GGP and Spinco or a Subsidiary thereof on or prior to the Plan Effective Date.
