Emission point definition

Emission point means the location (place in horizontal plane and vertical elevation) at which an emission enters the atmosphere.
Emission point means a stack, vent, process unit, or a definable area (such as an open materials storage yard) from which the emission of any air pollutant occurs.
Emission point means any part of a stationary source that emits hazardous air pollutants regulated under this chapter, including emissions from individual process vents, stacks, open pieces of process equipment, equipment leaks, wastewater and condensate collection and treatment system units, and those emis- sions that could reasonably be conveyed through a stack, chimney or duct where such emissions first reach the environment.
