EMF definition

EMF means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.
EMF means the Environmental Management Framework, dated November 16, 2005, outlining the procedures for the environmental screening, management, consultation and disclosure related to the selection of the road sections under the Project.
EMF means the Borrower’s Environmental Management Framework dated September 16, 2005, which assesses the environmental impacts and sets out the environmental mitigation and protection measures in respect of the carrying out of the Project, including the procedures applying to the selection, implementation and monitoring of Sub-projects (as this term is hereinafter defined), as well as the administrative and monitoring arrangements to ensure the implementation of said measures, as such Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank;

  • The LICENSEE shall comply with the instructions / directions/ guidelines issued by Licensor on EMF exposure norms from time to time.
