Elk definition

Elk means an animal belonging to the cervidae family and classified as part of the canadensis species of the cervus genus.
Elk means elk that is present in the wild and that does not have an ear tag or other mark identifying it as being raised on a farm.

  • If Elk Ridge fails at any time, or from time to time, to enforce or require the strict performance of the Contract, such failure shall not constitute a waiver by Elk Ridge of a breach of the Contract, or the right of Elk Ridge to seek any remedy available to it for any such breach.
