Eligible Work definition

Eligible Work means the work on the property as determined by the Executive Director to be eligible for consideration pursuant to the City’s Heritage Incentive Policy (approved August 25, 2014), and which corresponds with the Conservation Plan presented to the Finance and Administration Committee on September 10, 2019, which work is generally described in Schedule A to this Agreement.
Eligible Work means financial costs associated with Maintenance of an Eligible Heritage Property and for which there is documentation and any work which conserves or enhances the character defining elements of the Eligible Heritage Property, including but not limited to: the conservation of existing elements; the reconstruction of existing feature(s) that are beyond repair or conservation; and the accurate reproduction of significant feature(s) which no longer exist(s), but for which clear documentary material exists. Any work which seeks to conserve the character defining elements of a property must be performed in accordance with a permit issued pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act to qualify as Eligible Work under this By-law. The reproduction of significant features may include, but is not limited to:
Eligible Work for a taxation year means property that is a work published by a corporation, in respect of which the corporation holds, for the year, a favourable advance ruling or a certificate given or issued, as the case may be, by the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles for the purposes of this division ;

Examples of Eligible Work in a sentence

  • No costs incurred prior to the Eligible Work Start Date are eligible for reimbursement.

  • The Recipient represents, warrants, and commits to the following as of the Eligible Work Start Date and continuing thereafter for the term of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Eligible Work

Eligible Work means actions taken and work performed by an applicant in response to an emergency that are con- sistent with the intent and purposes set forth in A.R.S. § 35-192 and these rules.
