Eligible Subscriber definition

Eligible Subscriber means a Person who, on the Eligibility Record Date, is (i) a Person who is a named insured under a Qualifying Policy that is a group policy, or (ii) a Person who is a named insured under a Qualifying Policy that is an individual policy.

Eligible Subscriber means an Active Subscriber of VIL satisfying the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuation of Challenge:–

Eligible Subscriber means a person that: (i) is a Noteholder as at the Subscription Record Date; and (ii) delivers an executed Rep Letter to the Issuer on or before the Election Deadline and the information set forth in such Rep Letter is true and correct as of the Implementation Date, and includes, for greater certainty, each Backstopper delivering a Rep Letter to the Issuer.
