Upon execution of this Agreement, Employer will grant to Principal to participate in any Stock Option Plan or Eligible Stock Option Pool to be administered by the Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee of the Company.
The holder of this Warrant may, at any time on or after the date hereof but not later than the Expiration Date, exercise this Warrant in whole or in part for the number of Stock Units which such holder is then entitled to purchase hereunder (the "Eligible Stock Units").
All rights with respect to Company Common Stock under outstanding Eligible Stock Options shall thereupon be converted into rights with respect to Parent Common Stock.
