Eligible Raw Material Inventory definition

Eligible Raw Material Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of goods that are first quality raw materials.
Eligible Raw Material Inventory means raw material Inventory of the Borrower meeting all of the requirements of clauses (a), (b), (c), (e), (f) and (g) of the definition of Eligible Inventory.
Eligible Raw Material Inventory means Eligible Inventory of (x) the U.S. Collateral Parties at such time, in the case of the U.S. Borrowing Base, or (y) the Canadian Collateral Parties at such time, in the case of the Canadian Borrowing Base, in each case consisting of raw materials (as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion and consistent with past practices).

Eligible Raw Material Inventory means as of any date, the aggregate value of all raw materials owned by Borrower, including, without limitation, all materials used or consumed or to be used or consumed in Borrower's business or in the processing, production, packaging, promotion, delivery or shipping of the same, excluding (i) inventory which is damaged, defective, obsolete or otherwise unsaleable in the ordinary course of Borrower's business, (ii) inventory which has been returned or rejected, and (iii) inventory subject to any consignment arrangement between Borrower and any other person or entity (if any). For purposes of this definition, Eligible Raw Material Inventory shall be valued at the lower of cost or market value.
Eligible Raw Material Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of goods that are first quality raw materials to the extent such goods are used to prepare Eligible Work-in-Process Inventory; provided, however, that, anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, the value of such Inventory shall not include the value of any labor or other services rendered to produce such Inventory or the cost of converting such Inventory into Eligible Work-in-Process Inventory.
