Examples of Eligible Improvements in a sentence
If Grantee fails to make the Eligible Improvements by the Completion Date, the City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Grantee without further obligation to Grantee hereunder.
The Eligible Improvements shall be consistent with all City codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the City.
Authority will undertake such proceedings pursuant to Chapter 29 as shall be legally necessary to enable Authority to make contractual financing of Eligible Improvements available to eligible property owners within the Program Boundaries.
