Eligible Improvements definition

Eligible Improvements means any of the following improvements made to eligible properties:
Eligible Improvements means improvements made to Eligible Properties.
Eligible Improvements means any construction or aesthetic alteration made to the side of the building parallel to the primary right-of-way and improvements to the interior wall of the façade caused as a result of improvements to the façade, as approved by City staff through the application process.

Examples of Eligible Improvements in a sentence

  • If Grantee fails to make the Eligible Improvements by the Completion Date, the City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Grantee without further obligation to Grantee hereunder.

  • Grantee shall obtain a certificate of occupancy on the Eligible Improvements by no later than the Completion Date.

  • In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, by January 17, 2013, the Completion Date, Grantee shall have completed the Grant application attached hereto as Exhibit “A.2” and have made the Eligible Improvements starting ninety (90) days after grant application and after all appropriate construction permits have been obtained.

  • If Grantee fails to make the Eligible Improvements by the Completion Date, or if the Completion Date does not occur by the Completion Deadline, the City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Grantee without further obligation to Grantee hereunder.

  • The City will waive Building Permit Fees (the “Fees”) for the Eligible Improvements in an amount not to exceed $6,000.


More Definitions of Eligible Improvements

Eligible Improvements means improvements that enhance the capacity of the water or wastewater system, including planning, engineering, acquisition, construction, and interest on debt incurred to finance capital improvements, but does not include the operation, maintenance, replacement, or repair of existing improvements. Eligible improvements do not include water distribution lines of less than 8 inches in diameter, wastewater gravity lines of less than 8 inches in diameter, or wastewater force mains of less than 6 inches in diameter. A replacement of an existing improvement or facility with a new improvement or facility of greater capacity shall be partially eligible based on the increase in capacity.
Eligible Improvements means the improvements described in Exhibit B.
Eligible Improvements means the improvements approved by the LURA in furtherance of the Project for which Developer may be reimbursed Eligible Costs, and which are identified on Exhibit A. The Eligible Improvements list may be revised to remove individual items if one or more of the requirements in Section 8(d), (e), or (f) are not met.
