Eligible Facilities Request definition
Eligible Facilities Request means any request for modification of an existing tower or base station that does not substantially change the physical dimensions of such tower or base station, involving:
Eligible Facilities Request means the same as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Section 1.40001(b)(3), as may be amended, which defines that term as “[a]ny request for modification of an existing tower or base station that does not substantially change the physical dimensions of such tower or base station, involving: (i) Collocation of new transmission equipment; (ii) Removal of transmission equipment; or (iii) Replacement of transmission equipment.”
Eligible Facilities Request means a request for modification of an existing tower or base station that does not substantially change the physical dimensions of the tower or base station and involves collocation of new transmission equipment, the removal of transmission equipment, or the replacement of transmission equipment.
More Definitions of Eligible Facilities Request
Eligible Facilities Request means an eligible facilities request as set forth in 47 C.F.R. Section 1.40001(b)(3), as may be amended from time to time.
