Eligible Clients definition

Eligible Clients means individuals certified eligible by HCA, living in the service area, and eligible to enroll for health care services under the terms of this Contract.
Eligible Clients means a person (including Veterans) who is Homeless or at Risk of Homelessness and who has a mental illness in accordance with California Welfare & Institutions Code Section 5600.3(a) and/or California Welfare & Institutions Code Section 5600.3(b).
Eligible Clients refer to persons entitled to representation by a District Defender in accordance with La. R.S. 15:175 or other relevant constitutional and statutory authority.

Examples of Eligible Clients in a sentence

  • When requested, the Recipient must provide Eligible Clients with reasonable access to view their information that was collected for purposes of programming funded by the Department.

  • This may include, but is not limited to, Recipient-run surveys to measure project-level immediate and intermediate outcomes of Eligible Clients in priority areas determined by the Department.

  • A) Inform Eligible Clients of the existence of settlement and resettlement services offered in French and English by other organizations.

  • This information will be used by the Department in support of evaluation and planning for the Resettlement Assistance Program and the Settlement Program and select information may also be disclosed to other funding recipients providing direct services to the same Eligible Clients as the Recipient to facilitate service delivery to these Eligible Clients.


More Definitions of Eligible Clients

Eligible Clients means a person who is homeless or at risk of being homeless and who has a serious mental illness in accordance with WIC § 5600.3(b), verified by a State Licensed Mental Healthcare Professional and has been deemed to meet the MHSA Housing Program eligibility (MHSA Certified) by Health Care Agency MHSA Housing Program staff.
Eligible Clients means Medicaid recipients certified eligible by DSHS, living in the service area, and eligible to enroll for health care services under the terms of this Contract, as described in Section 2.2.
Eligible Clients means: A) For the Settlement Program: persons described in the Terms and Conditions of the Settlement Program, including all notes and restrictions. B) For the Resettlement Assistance Program: persons described in the Terms and Conditions of the Resettlement Assistance Program, including all notes and restrictions.
Eligible Clients means those persons who are unable, either directly or through third party reimbursement or through a combination of both, to pay the full charge for services provided by an awardee under a fee for service award.
