Eligible Class Member means a Settlement Class Member who timely submits a Claim Form or Electronic Claim Form.
Eligible Class Member is a Settlement Class Member who has submitted a Valid Claim Form and whose eligibility has not been challenged by the Defendant within ninety (90) days of the Claim Form Submission Date.

Eligible Class Member means any Current Owner or Former Owner who is entitled to receive a payment from the Net Settlement Amount under the Plan of Allocation.
