Electronics definition

Electronics means a unit granted by Electronics representing a general unsecured promise by Electronics to deliver a share of Electronics Common Stock, which unit is granted pursuant to an Electronics equity plan as part of the adjustment to Tyco Performance Share Units in connection with the Electronics Distribution.
Electronics means household batteries, televisions, computer equipment, radios, calculators, video and audio equipment, phones, cameras, peripheral equipment, and similar electronic devices which contain circuit boards. Electronics do not include small appliances or other such household products with an electrical cord.
Electronics means televisions, monitors, CPU’s, keyboards, printers, scanners, fax machines, laptops, small countertop appliances, audio visual, telecom devices, power and air tools, games, toys, and musical instruments.
