If requested in writing by the Authority, and to the extent not already agreed as part of the Specification and Tender Response Document, the Supplier and the Authority shall discuss and seek to agree in good faith arrangements to use any Electronic Trading System.
All non-lead months are deferred contract months and settle based upon the volume-weighted average of calendar spread transactions made in the closing period on the Electronic Trading System.
Failure to do so will subject the Market Participant to disciplinary processes, which may include immediate termination of usage and access to the Electronic Trading System.
