Electronic Trading System definition

Electronic Trading System means, as to any Electronic Marketplace, the hardware, software, network infrastructure and other similar assets that are used to effect purchases and sales in that Electronic Marketplace.
Electronic Trading System means any electronic system (including “Trading Platform”, “Blackwell Trader”, MetaTrader platforms, web-based platforms, mobile platforms, etc) operated by the Company, through which the Company provides Financial Services to the Client;
Electronic Trading System means any electronic system (together with any related software) including without limitation trading, direct market access order routing or information services that the Company grants the clients access to or makes available to them directly or through a third party service provider, and used by the Client to view information and/or enter into Transactions;

Examples of Electronic Trading System in a sentence

  • If requested in writing by the Authority, and to the extent not already agreed as part of the Specification and Tender Response Document, the Supplier and the Authority shall discuss and seek to agree in good faith arrangements to use any Electronic Trading System.

  • All non-lead months are deferred contract months and settle based upon the volume-weighted average of calendar spread transactions made in the closing period on the Electronic Trading System.

Electronic Trading System means the system composed of hardware, software, and communication equipment, aimed at a performance of trading on the natural gas exchange of the Supplier.
